General Manager – Robin Tolley

Robin has spent the whole of his career in the hospitality trade since leaving catering college.

His first full time job was in Fouquet’s, on the Champs Elysees, Paris and then returned to England to work in the Grill Room of the Café Royal on Regent Street.

Since then, he has held a number of positions in varying cross sections of the Hospitality world, such as English National Opera, at Tate Modern/Britain for the Arts, being the Chairman’s Butler for a large banking corporation and a hospitality manager for an oil/shipping company within B&I and other areas such as the Law Society, 10 Downing Street and Formula 1 motor racing.

Patricia Paixao – Sales and Marketing Manager @ Searcys Vintners’ Hall

Patricia left sunny Portugal 9 years ago to pursue her dreams in Events and Hospitality. Before Joining Searcys in 2012 she moved in to Sales & Marketing Role which she has continue with for the last 6 years. Patricia has worked in Hospitality since she was 20 and has a great knowledge and expertise on the industry.

Tobe Windsor – Head Chef

Tobe joined searcys in 2007 after having worked around the world in hotels, restaurants and Formula 1 motor racing. Starting at Mansion House, he then went on to be the Head Chef at Pavilion Road, Knightsbridge, until moving to Vintners’ Hall where he currently holds the position of Head Chef, creating innovative cuisine for our Livery and corporate clients.
